Therapeutic Benefits
Pine: reviving and clearing, having a strengthening effect on the mind and body, optimising circulation and easing stiff muscles.
Orange: strengthening, refreshing and stimulating essential oil. It is uplifting for the emotions and helpful in maintaining a healthy circulatory system and encouraging healthy digestion.
Lemon: astringent and anti-bacterial, it is uplifting and revitalising, helping to keep a clear mind.
 
Ingredients: Pinus Sylvestris Leaf Oil, Citrus Limon Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Oil, limonene, linalool, citral, geraniol.
 
Recommended use:
Add 5 drops of Joy Essential Oil Synergy to a tissue (handkerchief) and carry with you when on the move (place in a small plastic bag to preserve the aroma) - inhale when needed.
Add up to 6 drops of Joy Essential Oil Synergy to the running water in a bath and relax for at least 30 minutes.
Add up to 5 drops of Joy Essential Oil Synergy per 10ml of a carrier oil and massage into the back, neck and shoulders.
Add 5 drops of Joy Essential Oil Synergy to an oil burner or vapouriser.
