Recommended use:
Apply 6 drops of Anti Pollen Essential Oil Synergy to a handkerchief and inhale.
Add up tp 8 drops of Anti Pollen Essential Oil Synergy to the running water in a bath - relax and unwind in the bath for at least 30 minutes.
