PMT Essential Oil Synergy combines the essential oils of geranium (harmonising and emotionally uplifting), sweet marjoram (relaxing for mind and body) and chamomile german (relaxing and soothing).
 
Recommended use:
Add 5 drops of PMT Essential Oil Synergy to a tissue (handkerchief) and carry with you when on the move (place in a small plastic bag to preserve the aroma) - inhale when needed.
Add up to 6 drops of PMT Essential Oil Synergy to the running water in a bath and relax for at least 30 minutes.
Add up to 5 drops of PMT Essential Oil Synergy per 10ml of a carrier oil and massage into the back, neck and shoulders.
Add 5 drops of PMT Essential Oil Synergyto an oil burner or vapouriser.
