Christmas Spice Essential Oil Synergy contains the essential oils of sweet orange, clove bud and cinnamon bark.
 
Ingredients: Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus Bud Oil, Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Bark Oil, limonene, linalool, citral, benzyl benzoate, cinnamal, eugenol, iso eugenol.
 
Recommended use:
Add 5 drops of Christmas Spice Essential Oil Synergy to a tissue (handkerchief) and carry with you when on the move (place in a small plastic bag to preserve the aroma) - inhale when needed.
Add up to 6 drops of Christmas Spice Essential Oil Synergy to the running water in a bath and relax for at least 30 minutes.
Add up to 5 drops of Christmas Spice Essential Oil Synergy per 10ml of a carrier oil and massage into the back, neck and shoulders.
Add 5 drops of Christmas Spice Essential Oil Synergy to an oil burner or vapouriser.
 
Safety: Christmas Spice Essential Oil Synergy is non-toxic and generally non-sensitising, however it does contain a number of naturally occuring allergens.
